This past term, in September of 2019, Chaia had one of our most popular programs, called Trend Night. This program was such a special event, where it combined all 6 BBG folds in such a creative and innovative way, which attracted both Chaia members as well as several PNMs. To start the program, we had a Tik Tok competition, where those that attended the program were split into groups and assigned one of the BBG folds, and had to make a fun and creative Tik Tik that embodied the fold. It was so much fun to see how unique and funny all of the Tik Toks were! We also had a VSCO Girl themed Havdalah, and painted a Chaia jean jacket in our chapter colors. To finish off the night, for dessert we all created our own Acai bowls, to end our program. Trend Night was such an amazing experience that also landed Chaia a spot for IC Showcase in 2020, where girls from our chapter led the program on a larger scale for BBYO members from all over the world, at BBYO’s International Convention.
