Chaia's Stand-Up Cause
Chaia's stand-up cause is special needs awareness and advocacy. It is imperative that Chaia members do our best to educate ourselves about the struggles that people with special needs have to deal with on a daily basis. We also work towards inclusion and kindness for everyone. We make sure that even if someone had a disability that they are being treated well, and are included. Everyone counts whether they are able bodied or not. We want to keep in mind that different people may have different struggles than us. Within the chapter, we try our best to keep everyone educated about different disabilities. Outside of Chaia, our members embody Chaia girls by acting with compassion towards everyone.

A message from Chaia's Shlicha
For this term, I really hope to revive our advocacy of our standup cause. Eventually, I would like most our active members to have the chance to be educated on the cause. I would also like to have volunteer opportunities at the friendship circle and fir our members to be advocates for their cause. If my plans are unable to happen , I hope the next Shlicha will try to make them happen.
